In partnership with Alberta Parks and the Glenbow Ranch Park Foundation, Outdoor Leadership School offers students a chance to slow down, observe, and connect with nature in a powerful way.

Just 15 minutes west of Calgary, Glenbow Ranch Provincial Park is a stunning natural space rich in history, biodiversity, and beauty. Through nature walks, journaling, artifact exploration, and reflection, students consider important questions such as:

• How are we connected to the land?
• What does it mean to be a steward of nature?
• How can we balance growth and preservation?

This week-long experience encourages students to look beyond the obvious, gain new perspectives, and consider how the past can inform a more sustainable future.
